Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

For your convenience, the Township of Huron-Kinloss can make pre-authorized automatic withdrawals from your bank account for tax payments.

Choose from two convenient withdrawal options; monthly or quarterly.

  • Monthly payments are withdrawn on the first business day of each month.
  • Quarterly payments are withdrawn on the first business day of March, June, September and December. 

Please note: Supplemental tax bills are processed in your existing PAP on the due dates as issued on bills.

Monthly plans may have to be re-adjusted as required. 

Financial information must be provided in order to complete this application form. If you prefer to provide your financial information or a VOID cheque in person at the Municipal Office, please download and print the pre-authorized payment application form and bring it to the Municipal with your financial information. 

You are not required to continue completing this form if you are downloading the form to drop off at the Municipal Office.

Quarterly payments to begin on next due date, monthly payments to begin first business day of the month following the date the application is submitted.

Please submit applications prior to the 15th of the month to ensure they can be reviewed prior to month end.

I hereby authorize the Township of Huron Kinloss to debit my account for payment of property taxes to the Township of Huron Kinloss. The treatment of each payment shall be the same as if I had personally issued a cheque authorizing payment and to debit this amount to my account. The debit will occur on each due date of every tax year for quarterly plans and on the first business day of the each month for monthly plans.

Financial information is required to complete the application process. You may upload a photocopy of a void cheque, your financial information (branch number, institution number and account number) or you can drop off a void cheque at the Municipal Office located at 21 Queen St. Ripley, Ontario. Applications will not be processed until your financial information is received. 

If your account requires two signatures, both signatures must be completed on this form. 

CANCELLATION of this plan must be given in WRITING by the applicant or agent acting on my behalf.
